Yes. Syniax equips homes (villas, apartments) as well as professional buildings: offices, shops, warehouses and residential blocks. The solution is sized to your premises and your usage.
Are your alarm systems linked to a monitoring centre?
Yes. Our alarms can be connected to an accredited monitoring centre, with an intervention procedure defined with you: verification, calling your contacts and, if needed, dispatching a response service.
Can I control my alarm, cameras and automation from my phone?
Yes. Our installations are controlled from a mobile app: arm and disarm the alarm, view cameras live, manage access and automate lighting, heating or shutters.
Do you also install EV charging stations?
Yes. We install smart charging stations for homes and businesses, with power management and consumption tracking, in line with the rest of your installation.
Do you handle maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer preventive and corrective maintenance contracts plus responsive support. Your installation is checked regularly to stay reliable and compliant.
Do you work across all of Belgium?
